It's the female ranger from the new Pokemon Ranger game, as a student. Pachirisu wants to become her partner... but she can't have a partner Pokemon while still in the Ranger School. Works as good motivation, doesn't it? -cheesy-
Been working on this since Thanksgiving... I sketched it on the plane ride back to school and I finished it up last night! Some of the colors are a bit light, but I like it, so it's all good!
